This new substance was discovered in a recent U.S. research which points out that red wine could help keep your heart “genetically young”.

Resveratrol fulfill the function of stopping the aging associated changes in gene function of the heart, like what happens when he takes a reduced-calorie diet known to increase longevity. However, the findings are discouraging for wine lovers, as it was noted that resveratrol content in wine does not stay long enough in the body and then to get your benefits would need to drink gallons of beer, which is known that the excess of which falls more in damages than positive effects on health.

But do not forget to limit the intake of 1 glass of wine for women or 2 men, in order to obtain benefits, and rejuvenate their heart without suffering the unintended consequences of excess alcohol in the body.

The main effect on muscle in the body, due to its antioxidant components, including polyphenols and resveratrol.

Resveratrol has acted as a heart protector, but the news about this is that, in obese mice that ate a high calorie diet, this compound has behaved strangely: similar to caloric restriction diet.

This compound surprised everyone, because in addition, the number of adipocytes despite not having made dietary changes to work, but quite the opposite, leading a high-fat diet and taking excess body fat.

Then we will try to confirm whether resveratrol acts similarly to a diet restricted in calories, that is, if you can change the size of fat cells by slowing their metabolism.

We found that resveratrol inhibits the development of preadipocytes, cells that then mature into adipocytes. Thus, moderate consumption of red wine could reduce fat accumulation and thus be a strong ally against increasing body weight.

Red wine protects the heart because not only promotes blood circulation, but acts in the metabolism of fats and may prevent excessive accumulation in the body and thus prevent their consequences for health.
