I found this article pretty good - I actually followed most of tips. I think the one that worked for me best is to make sure I eat a breakfast and with heavy work commitments I never used to have the time. Now being better organised I do. Also, if you make time for eating, and it's a conscious thing you will find eating regularly will really help you to begin controlling what you eat. If you control it then you can change your lifestyle.</description>
