There are many reasons why people leave their slimming plan, which sometimes manifests tired, or simply not have time, it is very difficult to lead a balanced diet. I have been attempting to lose weight since last Christmas, I was almost 15 stone and now I am 13.1!
I found this article pretty good - I actually followed most of tips. I think the one that worked for me best is to make sure I eat a breakfast and with heavy work commitments I never used to have the time. Now being better organised I do. Also, if you make time for eating, and it’s a conscious thing you will find eating regularly will really help you to begin controlling what you eat.
